BUZZER for customers

how to improve customers satisfaction when waiting for the order to be done? here is one of the idea that i had seen in majority Cafes in Korea that improve the customers satisfaction.
Introducing the "BUZZER"

Generally, a buzzer or beeper is an audio signalling device, which may be mechanical, electromagnetically or piezoelectric. Typical uses of buzzers and beepers include alarm devices, timers and confirmation of user input such as a mouse click or keystroke.

Korean Cafe used this buzzer as a tool to tell their customers that orders is there. customers will wait at tables in the cafe and have a chit chat while waiting for the orders. this had improve the customers satisfaction while ordering because they did not need to stand at the counter anymore to wait for the orders.

Workers also will feel easy because they didn't have to bring the drinks to customers because it is self service. customers will have to come and take their on drinks once the buzzer ring.

I think this is a very good idea or strategy that Korean Cafes had implemented in their business. it improve customers satisfaction and also smooth en workers duty.

the comeback of proton.

Bismillahirahmanirrahim.

Proton will export its Preve to Chile. It is quit a good news for Malaysian export industry. As we all know, proton had exported its Proton Wira for the year of 1998.  Proton is one of the automobile producer in Malaysia. It compete along with Perodua in producing  cars for Malaysian.
Proton (Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sendirian Berhad) primarily relied on its domestic market in its sales. But it start to enter export industry in year 1986, where its export its first car, the proton saga in new Zealand, the united kingdom and Singapore, countries with right-hand market. And its began to expand the export area to around 25 countries as of 2010. At the year of 1992, saga was able to compete with competitors from Hyundai and SEAT in its sales in UK. what a good achievement!

However, proton export industry had fallen all along the years coming. Proton had made some strategy to make a comeback in exporting its cars. For example, proton sign a contract with Fujian-based Goldstar after its contract with Young-man expired. It also started to launch new model of cars such as Suprima S, Prevé, Exora and many more to make a comeback to Latin America and Chile as the Malaysia-Chile Free Trade Agreement ratification during year 2013.

I hope that proton's cars can make a huge sales in other countries and earn huge export revenue for Malaysia. In addition, we as Malaysian should be proud of our own product and support them. With the increasing in export industries, i hope Malaysia can be a developed country in the future.
